How it all began

We met in November 2016, in Brighton, United Kingdom! Sarah-Louise had just moved from France to Brighton (UK) to complete her studies, and Jonathan was on a work trip. After spending a week together in the UK, we took an impromptu, long weekend trip to Dublin (See our first pictures we took together from our Dublin trip).

Dublin felt like a fairytale. The weather was terrible (rainy and cold), but we still cuddled up on the top deck of the Hop on Hop Off open top roof bus and made the most of our few days together before Jonathan had to return back to the USA.

We kept up with our communication, and eventually decided to try a long-distance relationship, meeting every couple months in a new destination or in our home countries. It was a challenging yet rewarding time, which culminated in Jonathan moving to the UK in January 2022, where we have since been able to have a more normal, no distance relationship!

We started to build memories with our friends & families and can’t wait for you all to meet each other to make your own!

In 2022 we finally moved in together! To Tunbridge Wells, United Kingdom. Today, we live in Amsterdam, Netherlands!
